This error usually occurs if Replay Media Catcher was uninstalled incorrectly before re-installing. Or if you've used a registry cleaner or third-party uninstaller that may have damaged a file.
You can use the Driver Cleanup Utility to remove the driver so that you can then uninstall and re-install the software correctly. Here's how:
1. Uninstall Replay Media Catcher using the Windows Control Panel.
2. Re-boot your computer.
3. Download the Driver Cleanup Utility and run it. Be sure to save a copy of the final log that the utility makes. Just in case there are further actions required, or to provide to tech support.
3. Download and install the most recent version of Replay Media Catcher from the Downloads page.
4. Re-boot your computer again.
